Vendor Biography

This is just one of the GREAT ITEMS I make and sell, directly to your door, from SenegalStyle AfricanHerbal!  I’m American from Pensacola, FL originally and moved to Senegal in 1999 for health reasons.  I had Lupus, carpal tunnel, high blood pressure and a host of other health issues but after being here only ONE MONTH on vacation, many of my symptoms DISAPPEARED.

I always thought Lupus was environmental but couldn’t prove it.

Removing myself from my home, shop and the food in Pensacola, cured me.  That’s all the proof I needed – throw in the crime, drugs, educational and health system… I was DONE!

I sold everything I had, packed up the kids and moved back here to Senegal 3 months later!  Now the children are in their 30s. grown and gone but I decided to stay here in Senegal and when I’m ready to retire, do it here here where life is good and living is easy!

I’m 63yrs old and using this cream made from local products (along with our Aloe Vera shampoo bars) has kept my hair from balding, my edges from breaking off from the weight of my locs and my hair just keeps on growing.

I last cut it in August, 2014 so this is 9 years of growth… As you can see, I’m not ‘mixed’ race, just a regular ADOS/Black woman and no one in my family has hair as long as mine.  That’s because they don’t BUY my hair products!  I stopped giving them away free! lol!
